Refund Policy

DMC Exterior Cleaning & Lawn Care

 

At DMC Exterior Cleaning & Lawn Care, we take pride in delivering high-quality, professional services. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be issued.

 

1. Deposits

  • A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking.

  • Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances, except where DMC cancels the booking and no alternative date is agreed.

2. Refunds for Completed Work

  • Once work has been completed and approved on site, no refunds will be issued.

  • Exterior cleaning results can vary depending on surface condition, age, and prior damage. While we aim for the best possible outcome, perfect results cannot always be guaranteed.

3. Dissatisfaction With Work

If you are unhappy with any aspect of the work:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of completion.

  • We will first be given the opportunity to return and rectify the issue where reasonably possible.

  • Refunds will only be considered if:

    • A genuine fault in workmanship is identified, and

    • The issue cannot be reasonably rectified.

  • Refunds, where agreed, will be partial only and proportionate to the affected area or service.

4. Cancellations by DMC

If we cancel your booking and are unable to reschedule:

  • Any deposit paid will be refunded in full.

5. Weather & External Factors

  • Refunds will not be issued for delays or rescheduling caused by weather, access issues, safety concerns, or factors outside our control.

  • Where weather affects results after completion (e.g. heavy rain shortly after treatment), this does not qualify for a refund.

6. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

  • Customers are encouraged to contact us directly to resolve any concerns.

  • Unauthorised chargebacks or payment disputes without first allowing us to address the issue may result in recovery action.
